Meet Kinly
Kinly Bertram is a professional pianist and piano educator with a Master of Music in Piano Pedagogy from Campbellsville University and more than a decade of experience as a performer and teacher. Her musical journey began at an early age and has taken her from the Kentucky Governor’s School for the Arts to university music programs, private studios, concert stages, and international performances, including the Llangollen International Musical Eisteddfod in Wales.
Kinly believes that learning music is a journey of its own—one that can begin at any age, take many different paths, and never truly have a final destination. Her teaching philosophy focuses not only on learning to play the piano, but on developing confident, independent musicians who understand and enjoy the music they make.
Outside of music, Kinly is happiest with a road ahead of her and somewhere new to explore. An avid runner and outdoor adventurer, she has traveled to 40 of the 50 states, visited 26 of the country’s 63 national parks, and explored several countries around the world. Whether she’s running a mountain trail, exploring a new national park, or sitting down at the piano, Kinly is always looking for the next adventure.
She created Studio 88 Online with the belief that your location should never limit your ability to pursue music. Wherever you are in your musical journey, there’s always somewhere to go next.
A musical journey without boundaries.
